A Ridiculously Silly Read Aloud!

Today our class began the ever so silly story shown below:

It is a fun and ridiculous read aloud that is sure to get students excited about reading books by Louis Sachar.  Our class ate apples and acted out some of the silly things that happen in this book.  Ask your child to tell you about Mrs. Gorf and the other interesting characters in this silly tale of a wacky school that is so different from our own!

This picture shows the character named Sharie falling out of the top floor window, but don't be alarmed.  The playground supervisor caught her!
