Literacy Night and November STEAM

Our first vocabulary parade was a lot of fun!  I caught an archeologist, a ruler, a nerd and a sparkly girl for a photo opportunity...

The next day we shared another STEAM activity with our 5th grade friends.  

This time we learned about all the steps in the scientific process.

We posed a QUESTION.

Made a HYPOTHESIS.

Listed our MATERIALS.

Listed our PROCEDURES.

Recorded our RESULTS.

and drew CONCLUSIONS.

Hopefully, this fun science experiment will encourage students

 to enter the Science Fair in the Spring.
